Accountability is the biggest dial mover when it comes to reaching your goals. As we look to prepare for our upcoming spring season it is ESSENTIAL that we hold ourselves accountable to what we need to show up READY TO GOOOOOOO when we step on the field.
Aspire Rugby wants to create a community where you are held accountable to your training each week. We created ‘The Drop In’ which is our 4 week Membership to help rugby athletes identify and execute their training needs.
Each week you will ‘drop in’ to our group zoom call with USA Eagle Lauren Daly and the other Aspire Athletes. During our group call we will discuss essential fitness, nutrition and skill work needed to prepare for a spring season. You will then create your own training goals for the week knowing that the group WILL HOLD YOU ACCOUNTABLE.
‘The Drop In’ is for athletes who are committed to getting fit and prepared to perform. It’s going to be a quick and dirty 4 weeks- let’s get to work.
Your membership includes 4 weeks of:
-Elite Training Resources (conditioning workouts & rugby skills) specific to your needs
-Nutrition Support to enhance your performance
-Direct feedback and accountability from USA Eagle Lauren Daly

A: Our ‘Drop In’ sessions will take place every Tuesday night starting Feb 8th at 6:30pm MST during our calls USA Eagle Lauren Daly will facilitate a short coaching session on the topics of fitness, nutrition and skill development HOWEVER the largest portion of the ‘The Drop In’ sessions will be working with other athletes to develop your personal training outcomes for the week.

You make the plan, we will tell you if it sucks (lol and help you develop a new one) and then you bet your ass we WILL ask you if you followed through.
Q: What if I can’t make one of the live ‘Drop In’ calls?
A: This membership is quick and dirty. It is going to fly by. We are asking any athlete to be locked in for 4 weeks. Though our zoom calls will be recorded and sent to you, the benefit of this membership is being committed to the plan and then executing. There is no penalty for not attending a session but you will miss out the support you would have received that week. Even if you miss a session we ask that you still get your training in that week then be ready to rock for our next call.

A: There is no required equipment for this membership as long as you have a way to utilize zoom for our ‘Drop In’ calls. If you need equipment to train then we ask you sort that out for yourself :)
